Damaged Products-Image Tabletop is committed to customer satisfaction. We stand by the quality of all of our items. Products found to be defective will be replaced and no shipping costs will apply to you. Please contact us immediately after receiving an order if a product is found to be defective. We will open a case number that will be investigated by the courier. Please keep all packaging and labels to hand over to FedEx or UPS.
Returns-Merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the original invoice. The customer must prepay shipping charges back to our address. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and must be unused for a full refund. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Products which are damaged during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.
